Description

Coming from Calais (north of France), Bo’ alias Monsieur Nopac started djing in the early 90’s. He moved then quickly into production and created his own label ‘Labo Music‘. He’s the author of several re-mixed tracks for the italian net-label ‘Barfog’. He appears, in 2005, on Redevice’s first compilation besides Jay Haze, JPLS, Bern and others, then in 2007 on Kreatur Musik with David Labeij, Franco Cangelli. In 2008 on the berliner label Haknam, he releases Cut Coda, and a remix for Macgregor in 2011 on Plastic records.

From production to his mixes, Monsieur Nopac is always looking for new sounds. He breaks them down and technically creates with energy and subtility. Adherent to minimalized and groovy music, he plays and unplays the sounds like a wizard, he overrides the bass lines with strenght and subtility. Your eyesight is focused on his fingers running on the potentiometers or on the records.
Since 4 years he’s resident with Lo (Black sheep trax, Relief) for the Mr C‘s famous party “Superfreq” in Calais.

He is also half of the experimental and ambiant duo ‘Slimonosaures’. His live creations with Spaï are an invitation to dream or mind errance. Their music is directly inspired by nature, time and space. Just close your eyes and leave yourself lifted by cosmic poetry…
