A tribute to the Windy City this week, as we introduce our newest episode, courtesy of Mr Murphy Jax. Somewhat of a throwback to the golden era of Chicago and disco, Jax maintains classic vibes in his work, and we simply can’t get enough. Lush melodies and vocals wash over this mix of Chicago house and disco, full of old gems, a few of which your bound to recognise. We’d hazard a guess that Larry Levan would be all over this like a tramp on chips. You can catch his own productions on 12″, released by Dutch label Clone and Canadian My Favorite Robot. Keep your ears to the ground for his upcoming release “We Dance” on Turbo Recordings. For now though, sit back, and enjoy this absolute peach of a dj mix.
